Inverness Thistle F.C. Reunion 28/9/24 limited edition Sgian Dubhs
I was absolutely delighted to hear from a friend the other day that there are plans to bring back Inverness Thistle F.C., a team i used to support in my early teens. So for the reunion night on the 28th September 2024 i have made a couple special Sgian Dubhs as gifts for the raffle to help with the fundraising. I went with a black and red theme to match the team colours so the handles are made from Bog Oak combined with African Paduak. As with all my top knives there is an African Blackwood centre spline. I have done one of each in Stainless and Damascus steels and sharpened both blades. As these are limited editions, i have added the serial numbers "JR 1/2" to the Stainless Dubh and "JR 2/2" to the Damascus Dubh. Just in case anyone is wondering the "J" is for Jags. I have made a matching kilt pin to go with each knife. Each Sgian Dubh comes with a black embossed leather sheath, black gift box and full details/certificate of authenticity on headed paper.
